The victims were identified as Ruvena Lam, 65, and her son Justin Feng, 25.
Both were found dead inside the property.
The father, Charles Feng, 64, was discovered with severe head injuries.
He was rushed to a hospital but later died due to the seriousness of his condition.
The crime took place at a residence on Juliet Close in Rosemeadow.
So far, authorities have not determined the motive behind Jacky Feng’s attack.
